Her voice is so smooth and calming. I really felt like she was listening, while we talked on the phone. Unfortunately, the follow through was not great, for one reason or another. I had to ask for her to send the utility setup numbers. I still don't know how to set up sewer service. And the internet service she set up for me turned out to be something I set up myself. It felt like all she was really interested in was selling me a security system. Thankfully I already wanted one of those, but if I hadn't, your service would be completely worthless. Why not be honest and just sell your systems outright? This experience has me feeling ooky about my security system.
