Visit was horrible. I waited over 3 hours assuming my puppy was getting surgery. Both ladies at the front desk were really rude. They didn’t want to give me my refund. No one called me to let me know surgery wasn’t started. They started an IV and never did his surgery. Communication there was bad. Doctor was yelling in the back saying she’s just going to have to wait out front really loud.
