I've never done these surveys but today I feel compelled to share my experiences. My pet has had to have 3 surgeries and I chose to go through the animal clinic for the procedures. I have always been treated so kind any time I stop by the clinic. All staff members are excellent! The 2 doctors that did the operations were amazing! Everyone has been very helpful and explained all things throughly. My pet is now a year post op. I continue to bring all my animals to the clinic for care and the staff are just as dedicated today as they were the days following surgery. I wanted to express my sincere gratitude and appreciate for the entire staff at the Colerain and Springdale locations.
