I don’t understand the point of having a monthly Well Plan to not be able to schedule a convenient time appointment. I waited for an hour in the common waiting area after receiving the text to head in. It seems to be a common experience. We did call in Friday and left a voicemail but no call back then Saturday when we called no availabilities.
