We had a fantastic experience with Wintrust Mortgage, Tom Seaman, and his entire team. After going through a horrible experience with Wells Fargo who waited until the very last week of closing to try and rush through paperwork and then told us they weren't ready for us to close, we lost the house we planned on purchasing and ended up back at square one. Tom worked so hard to try and save the home we had a contract on. After we lost that home due to the builder relisting, Tom worked just as hard for us to get our paperwork through in a timely fashion. He always kept us up to date with what was going on and his entire team spoke to us weekly to give us updates. After finding another home, we were able to close on our new home in record time. My husband and I are so thankful for the team at Wintrust Mortgage and for their patience and understanding as we were going through the unexpected. They took so much worry and chaos off of our hands and handled it with professionalism.
