Overall the process was great. Anthony and the team at Wintrust differentiated themselves through their responsiveness and customer service. They were always very quick to send updates and get on the phone to talk through any questions I had. The only part of the process that wasn't ideal was making the first mortgage payment. I had no idea how to even make the payment and had to call Wintrust for this information a few days before it was due. I did eventually get this information in the mail, but it would have been good to know at closing instead of a few days before the payment was due.
