Not good! No communication with staff once in waiting room. 40 minutes waiting in small room I finally go out and ask where is the vet. Told they had 2 emergencies and don’t know when they will be free. They just left me in that room to wait! We were there just for a shot. After asking if I need to reschedule, someone finally looked at our paperwork and gave the shot. It appears my time is not important and was treated poorly due to your communication failures. Not sure we will use this company again. Been a customer for 20+ years. Never saw a vet!
