Overall it was a good experience. My one complaint was with the other people who got involved after David Anderson. I was contacted to see if I was interested in a refinance. I thought that since I already had my mortgage thru Wintrust the process would be streamlined. I kept getting asked for additional information and some of the request didn’t make a lot of sense. That was frustrating. So the whole timeline got stretch out and then I did make a mistake towards the end and that further delayed the closing. I had no problem with David….
