Stephanie was wonderful to work with and helped us clear through the whole mortgage application process, letting us know exactly what we needed and answering all of our many questions. The only reason I'm not giving a 5 star is because of the delay of our closing because of the crazy underwriting process during COVID-19 times. Stephanie still was able to help us close the following Monday and made sure we were taken care of so everything worked out and we are very happy in our new home.
