It was just a long process. If it wasn't one thing needed it was another. Sometimes multiple different times. It was somewhat unorganized. But Mrs.Jennifer did everything she could to help and make the process better. Just wish we had a better time frame of how long it was going to take in the beginning when we asked. Especially when there was money needed and we weren't aware until the end.
