I was not thrilled to find out the our pup had to have a heartworm test so the manufacturer can know if it's product is working ok. Why should I have to pay for them to find that out. They should cover the cost of the test. I know it wasn't your fault or the Vets but it us sure aggravating for the consumer that is getting hit left and right with rising costs and living on a fixed income I wasn't pleased at all about the long wait. I thought Patches was just getting a heartworm prevention shot. No one told me that it was a wellness exam and bordatella shot that I did not request. The Vet knew off my question about separation anxiety to top things off.
