I can't say enough about Michael and the GoStraley group. He came totally prepared to our first meeting with facts and comparable listings and sales. He made a few suggestions that had been successful recently and which we did. The one we almost didn't do paid off the most, staging. He handled everything for us while we were in Florida after the first meeting and walkthrough at the house. He was in constant communication with us every step of the way. He was a true Blessing. We had offers the first day of listing and had accepted one by day three. There were a few challenging issues during the process and Michael never got flustered but stayed calm and provided sound advice and suggestions. He went the extra mile in finding competent contractors to do the required work, especially within the tight time frame to get to closing. We had the utmost confidence in Michael's honesty and judgment and that proved to be correct. We thank God for leading us to Michael Straley. We asked Him to lead us to the right agent to sell the house we had dedicated to His use over 25 years ago and He did. We ended up selling for $35,000 more than the other agency that we had been considering had suggested.
