Tyson is so pleasant and helpful! It's great that a service like this even exists in the first place, but if this particular team member is any reflection on the rest of the staff, they've got a good thing going. I have zero desire to deal with moving this time or in the future, but if I have to, I'll definitely be looking forward to having Move Concierge and Tyson on my side.
