I was nervous prior to starting this process because of a previous bad experience with a different mortgage lender, but my fears were completely unfounded. Great communication the entire time, expectations were crystal clear, and no last minute curve balls. We were told through the entire process we were on schedule to close on time and that’s exactly what happened.
