I've had e-endorsements for over 10 years, and I recently launched my new website, which included these reviews. And until just a few days ago when I last checked, I had accumulated more than 70 five-star reviews over that decade. However, they now appear to be removed or inaccessible. When I contacted support, they said my account was purged of all the reviews. I showed proof that I received another 5-star review in October of this year and other multiple ones throughout this year and was continually paying for the service. It is deeply troubling that a company would take such actions against a consumer, particularly after years of building a positive reputation. When these reviews are arbitrarily removed or tampered with, it undermines the integrity of the review process and the Review platform itself. Not to mention, acting as if it is no big deal from the company or support team to "purge" the data built as a review space for businesses is extremely careless and irresponsible as a company. When I contacted them initially they said it was all purged, no phone call, no emails, basically said tough! When I was finally emailed back today after a week of waiting for a response they said "my card did not go through". But I checked and there was no call, or email over the last 3 years about my card NOT going through. I received multiple 5 star reviews and even as of recent another 5 start review in October 2024. When they asked me to remove my review this morning(WEEK LATER) but not address anything about getting my documented reviews back... then they posted this reply. Then they also sent fake notification emails at 2:24pm today. Eric Kaugle states that after my ten years as a paying customer they aren't doping anything to fix , give me my reviews, etc. Very dishonest company! Do you research on them! Oh and this company was referred by Gabe Abshire who is the owner of Utility Concierge- who should definitely be looked at before you ever do business with as well! They are both NOT companies that care about building you BUT rather you building them!

Briana we appreciate and value you being a client. In Sept of 2021 your billing card was declined. Despite several notifications and attempts to update your payment information your account subscription was cancelled. You were sent copies of all your reviews in real time so you have the content should you need it but after 3 years of a cancelled subscription we did remove your profile. Of course we would invite the opportunity work with you again and recovering your profile.
