Overall extremely disappointed with people's mortgage. The entire process was disorganized from the start. There were so many emails requesting information, re requesting info already received, requesting further verification and further verification and further verification, ad nauseum. I had little faith in the process. I am sixty two years old, and have been through the mortgage process several times. I have never had a colon cleanse, such as this. We'll never do business with people's mortgage again. The interest rate I was offered was terrible. The process was started in April and up until the very last minute before closing, the loan officer was still requesting information that could have been obtained much sooner and without such a rush.
