Taylor was excellent. I did not feel pushed to pick any specific service or provider. She honored my time by quickly, overviewing all the information at a steady pace. I was impressed with her knowledge of all services available to me. All of her recommendations of service providers were not based on preference. They were backed by information. I wish I had someone like this for making every decision.
