Superb experience via Zoom with Mr. Richter. He’s knowledgeable about the ins and outs and settled the concerns me and my missus had about power, home warranties, water, gas, and internet. We had a fantastic connection with his fantastic personality. Will definitely be my go-to guy. Utility Concierge does great with having Chris on their team. I wish customer service was as easy with other companies as it is with Chris Richter on the line.
