This was a longer process than normal (I worked with Nick for better than 9 months) since it was for a construction loan and the city/county really dragged their feet getting us address and other final info we needed. But Nick stayed the course and was great at communicating with me (and putting up with my MANY questions) and my realtor. I truly appreciate the help.
