It was not great sitting at the closing table almost an extra hour waiting for an email to come through about the 3 lots for Emory Heights... We were told that the person we were waiting for an email from to clear us had went to lunch so that is why we were in a holding pattern. Clients were almost done signing closing docs when we got told to wait on the lender to clear this condition. Not ideal since we were at the closing table.
