Dave and his team were great!! They were instrumental in ensuring that I get this loan for the purchase of my daughter's new home. If there is anything I would change is outstanding credit card debt, although I pay them in full each month, the underwriters were persistent in paying them off and I now have over $1,000 + credit on these cards. Additionally, the time and effort it took me to figure out where to mail out checks considering everything is done via online banking! In my opinion, they should've recognized that all is paid online and they should've 1) deposited the funds into my account so I can pay or 2) they could've paid the credit card companies directly.
