Robert Magruder was our loan officer and he did an amazing job , his assistant Brandi Timberlake was also amazing. From the first phone call to the day of closing Rob has been nothing but great, very thorough and patient with us. This was our first home so we had a ton of questions and he answered every one of them. Rob and Brandi made the entire process very easy for us to understand and follow along with , we had a ton of questions and they were all answered. I’d recommend them to anyone at all , especially first time home buyers who aren’t sure on how the process works and want to be taken care of without feeling completely clueless the whole process .
