Kaleb was personable and kind, but was not honest about services available at our new home. Tried to sell us on a new ISP instead. When we did our own research, our current provider was available in the area contrary to what we were told. This rendered everything else suspect so we decided to forgo the service. Whether it was negligence or dishonesty, the service overall was poor.
