Mandy was friendly, quick to communicate, and got the job done. From a personnel point-of-view, I have no complaints whatsoever. Everyone I encountered in any respect was nice to me and effective in their task (which is ultimately getting me into my house, where I am currently writing this from). That's all I can ask for on that front. I think the process could be a bit more transparent, though. I found myself annoyed at times with what seemed like an excessive need for more and more documents. I didn't (and don't) have a problem with providing whatever was needed to get the job done per se, but I did find myself flummoxed by the "we don't need more, yes we do, now we're good, wait we need more" nature of the process. I know COVID has changed the lending game, and you need to do your due diligence. But I have awesome credit, no debt whatsoever, a profitable business, and a lot of cash-on-hand. After a while, I was confused what the hold-up was and felt like we were beating a dead horse when I had a lot of other stuff I also needed to focus on, and it would have been cool if the particular reasoning behind the asks were better communicated with me, particularly because I must be a super low-risk lendee, when push comes to shove. But, it was my first mortgage acquisition process, and here I am, in the house. So, things couldn't have been that unbearable! Thank you for your hard work. -Colin
