Joshua is great to work with, and super friendly. He’s the only person I’ve talked to so far, but is doing an amazing job. Great communication and clear instructions. Gets back to you with information that you ask for. Whether it’s just Joshua or Concierge in general it seems like they go above and beyond to take care of you. Definitely recommend their home warranty. Compared to the other company it is way better with these guys. An example of Joshua going above and beyond is allowing me to send him the brochure to other companies and going over them together to compare. Even explaining to the best of his ability(for the other companies warranty brochure ) what everything meant to make sure I got the best warranty available to me. Thank you, Joshua.
