My husband and I were determined to find a cute house in the historic neighborhood of downtown McKinney. Suzanne took us on a couple of searches and we just couldn't find anything that really worked in our price range. That's when she remembered a builder's lot that was listed for a new home build and suggested we go see it. We'd totally forgotten and never would have built our GORGEOUS new home, within walking distance to our favorite square, for the price we wanted to pay. WE ARE THRILLED. We actually think we won the bid (against a HIGHER bid!) because she is so easy to work with. She knows her stuff and is so much fun to do business with. CAN'T RECOMMEND SUZANNE ENOUGH!!
