I was fifth in line at 8:00 am, asked to come inside and wait at 8:20, did not see a vet until 10:15! I was told they get busy in the morning with walk in customers. What’s the point of using the app if I can get seen just as quickly, but from my standpoint quicker, if you just walk in.
