It was not a good experience. I had a very sick dog (parvovirus), but I was kept there for almost 3 hours. He threw up all over the exam room and i told the staff immediately, but nothing was done. They did move us to a different room after he had a bloody diarrhea accident, but that room was freezing and that's where Sawyer threw up everywhere. I kept being told that they were under staffed because of the 4th of July. Staff did apologize several times for the delay. You know it's not the customers fault that you under staffed, but the customer ends up paying for it.
