My words can’t express the emotions and joy I’m feeling. Don Baker (Fathom Realty) and Victoria Baker (Southwest Funding) are Phenomenon!! In the beginning I was very nervous and dumbfounded about the whole process… wasn’t sure if I was going to qualify and thinking the process would take forever. Victoria is a GENIUS at what she does with those numbers. OhMyGosh! and Don… let me tell you about Don. He is one of the most honest, kindest, most patient person I’ve come around across. (I tend to be a hand full at times) This was my first home and I was very “undecided” (for lack if better words) about what I wanted and where I wanted to reside. Don (always smiling) never changed his tone or showed any frustration. Never made me feel any type of way when I kept changing my mind and had a million and one questions. I would see a house, call Don and by days end we were viewing the home. Don and Victoria were ALWAYS available day and night… and trust me, there were times. I expected this to be a lengthy process; however it wasn’t. I started in August, was in my home by December. I really appreciate and Love them for all they’ve done… they’re like family now. I am Very Big on Great customer service and they are just that. I will be forever Grateful and will refer to everyone.
