Everyone was friendly. The provider stood out because our concerns were heard. We had been going to another vet and after multiple visits there was no resolution. Our dog is not healed of his symptoms yet, but steps were made to get to the bottom of things and a course of antibiotics was started to attempt to treat a suspected infection. The provider also made us feel like he was invested in our baby!
