I was fortunate to work with Martin and his team on a transaction that closed in May 2023 and I have to say that the bar was set high for all future transactions. Martin was prompt in returning calls and emails. Eager to answer questions no matter how trivial they were and he was poised to provide solutions to any curve ball thrown at him. During the same time frame, there was another transaction that was caught in a snag and we reached out to Martin to connect with the other lender to assist in smoothing the wrinkles regarding a CalHFA loan product that had just rolled out. His experience, integrity, knowledge, communication and positive attitude sets him apart from other lenders in the industry. Martin's clients were given set expectations ahead of time as to when he would call for weekly status updates, he advised ahead of time when he planned to be out of the office and arranged coverage ahead of time, and is very good at explaining industry terms to agents and clients who do not understand about loans.
