I was notified via text at 9:22am they were ready to see my dog. At 9:32 I received a call asking how far away I was. I was already there. At 9:43am, I received another text that it was almost my turn. I was finally brought back to an exam room at 10:15, where we sat for another 30 minutes. My exam was finally complete at 10:59 This has been a common occurrence where it takes 90-120 minutes from a “we’re ready” notification to the completion of a routine exam and vaccination.
