Overall the process was good. I give some grace because I know how hectic the market currently is. I was a bit upset at the lack of detail. Several things were wrong on a lot of the paperwork. Like when the house was built and if I was paying PMI. Most of it I ignored because the meat of the loan was correct. One thing that really bothered me was that I mentioned several times about how we paid the appraisal up front and it kept showing up rolled into the loan. It was not resolved until the day of the close when I had to bring it up again. I just feel the lack of attention to detail might be indicative of the caliber of the company.
