Denise Rathje was amazing! She was extremely attentive, knowledgeable and thorough throughout the entire process. She even had to school the real estate lawyers on the correct procedures and explain how everything was going to happen because they were incorrect (very impressive). On another note, Contour mortgage’s app really made everything so much simpler when it came to keeping up with signing documents and knowing what step of the process you were currently on. Extremely helpful to see a notification on your phone, open the app and handle the issue right then and there. All in all, Denise and Contour Mortgage was amazing and I will ABSOLUTELY be using them again as well as recommending them to my friends and family.
