I had a terrific experience working with Jared. I was a first time home buyer and he was extremely patient and helped me through the process. I felt he really went out of his way for me and represented me very well. The best example I can provide of working with Jared is when he cleaned the gutters a the house. The house was vacant and we discovered during the inspection that the rain gutters were full. We were worried that with the incoming rain storm it could cause water damage. So Jared came back and cleaned the gutters. How many realtors do you know would have done that? My entire experience with Jared was positive and I'd recommended him to anyone looking for a realtor.
