Tom, Heather, and David were extremely helpful in the mortgage process. We unfortunately ran into challenges along the way but we were able to work with Tom and his team to figure out a responsible, realistic, and safe strategy and path forward and we were ultimately able to receive an accepted offer and close on a new home that we absolutely love.
