The app said i was 3rd in line, to head to the office and quoted 20-25 minutes with a disclaimer. Therefore i didn't leave my house for another 20 minutes. I got there, and advised via the app that I was there. I waited in my car for 1 hour as 2nd in line. Finally I then received a patient acceptance text, but then waited another 30 minutes before being seen. Your time specifications were extremely wrong today; this ended up being almost a 3 hour visit that interrupted my day.
