Never worked with someone for a mortgage and I was definitely lost (although I did this with my parents too), but she was VERY nice, explained everything to me and the signing was very easy, especially the forms that I was able to sign via email on my phone. Very patient with me as well, along with my parents. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who needs a mortgage, or who even knows what it is. I didn't, until now (sorta).
