This is my 3rd mortgage with Contour and the only reason I come back is Tom Marchioli. I have worked with him professionally in the past and because of how he worked I sought him out for my first refinance. He made the process so easy and seamless. He was informative and showed throughout the transaction that he cared. Even though I may have saved a little on pricing else where I stayed with Contour because of Tom. His customer service, commitment and dedication was worth it to me. He is a jewel, even calling me from his vacation to reassure me when I had some concerns about my closing.
