Wasn't happy with the online app checking in. It said I had 2 ahead of me and still waited 45mins. Got into a room and waited another 25 mins. Once got looked at it went well. Had to wait 10mins. to get the stuff I needed. Seems that something needs to be done about telling people to come in when you have 2 people in front of you and having to wait another hour to be seen.
