At the beginning Sheffields was super committed. The folks who helped us pick out our items were knowledgeable. But after we placed our order, the 3-4 month window slowly turned into 5 and then 6 and then 7 and then 9 months. Some of our items needed to be returned because they were not quite right, then another piece did not function as we were told it would. It was really a disappointing experience. I'm not sure we would buy from this store again.
