Overall disappointed. Prior to closing I felt like I had to push back against financing decisions I was uncomfortable with, harder than I should have had to. Communication was non-existent post closing which is a huge problem during a 45 rent back period. I repeatedly asked for opportunities to get my mortgage payments set up early during that 45 day period with no resolution. Still never got an email with the information I requested but come to find out there is a mountain of mail and time sensitive notifications regarding my mortgage at the new home the day I got the key.
