The team was thorough in all steps through the process and the wonderful thing about Mark is that he takes the time to explain each step in layman's terms so that I can understand each step of the process clearly and completely. He and his team were always responsive and accessible to problem shoot, answer any questions or just give words of encouragement along the way. Admittedly, due to circumstances outside of our control, our loan process became a great challenge but Mark, Renae and the whole team continued to work in order to make sure our loan went through. Even when we were ready to give up, they never did. I also loved being able to do so much online with Floify and their own mortgage portal. We are so happy and look forward to working with them again (without all the problems that had happened!) and highly recommend them to all our family and friends.
