I really liked the vet who saw my dog (younger man). He was very patient and thorough with my dog. He took time to explain the options with me and was very transparent. I also greatly appreciate he did not try to push me , guilt me, manipulate me into prematurely doing a lot of expensive tests. This is why I have left my previous vet. I was new to the location and didn’t realize you could book a place online in advance. When I walked in the front desk staff member informed me her waiting list was closed and to come back tomorrow. I walked outside. Got online and immediately got on the waiting list. I was checked in then within 15 minutes. So I am not sure what was going on there but had I left I would have gone somewhere else and you would have lost a new customer (who is coming back because I had a good experience with the vet)
