So I was going to move into a rental. And Ms. Jeanette tells me call Travis, do what he says and you can buy a home for what you are going to pay to get into that rental and the mortgage will be no more than the monthly rent. I was like yeah right whatever, but I called Travis. I didn't believe him, for real I was like no way I am going to get approved, but I did the things he told me to do and fast forwards about a year and here I am a home owner. This was my first time ever buying a home. I didn't think I would ever fix my credit and be able to buy one. I followed Travis plan did what I could, not even everything he told me to and I seen results. So I got a little saved for down payment because I had 0 savings the first time I spoke to him and I called him again. We talk I told him I was ready, he told me I was ready, so we pulled the trigger. Travis has been amazing he has been there through everything, any questions I have he usually knows the answer and if not he finds out and always gets back with you in a timely manner to give you those answers. This guy is not only a wizard at getting folks loans he is just an awesome person. Travis is super friendly, nice, caring, respectful, honest with you, tells you like it is, doesn't judge or look down on you just a wonderful human 👍🏻. Travis will get all my business and I will be referring him to everyone I meet. If Travis starts selling apples guess what I am buying no apples unless they come from Travis. Seriously this dude is freaking awesome you just need to call him yourself and see what the rest of us that have met him already know.
