Excellent attention to detail and customer concerns. 2 issues: 1) seemingly numerous credit checks caused my rating to go below 800. And 2) excessive questions about military alimony distributions from over 30 years ago. I bought 3 houses, sold 2, re-financed and paid off the third AFTER the alimony decision, but NO questions were asked about the more relevant actions.
