Teresa is an amazing agent. She is really fast, courteous, very professional doing her job. She helped me purchasing this house, working on the loan with the mortgage company, and on and on. She has so much patience and joy in her that I felt so at ease working with her. She is one of the best people that I have come across and worked with even for such a short time. Teresa is currently helping with a serious problem with my rear patio problem. I got this man named Kent of Property Solution to resurface my patio for the price of $391. His worker did such a bad job that I would not be able to live with it. I got really upset and email both this man and Teresa of how I felt about the job that he did. Teresa called me from California and let me know that she would help me with the problem when she gets home. She came over to my house and went to the rear patio and understood my disappointment. She called him and talked with him to make sure that he understood that I was not happy with the outcome of the work that was done at the cost of $391. I know she will continue to work with Kent and me until I am happy with the rear patio. I would like you to know that you have an extremely valuable employee and a special person. I am a high school teacher and many of my colleagues don't have houses. I will refer to her or other people that I know whenever someone ones to purchase or to sell a house. She is working with Kent of Property Solution to resurface my rear patio so that it looks professional.. I was really upset.
