He so thoroughly reviewed my client's qualifications with the listing agent that she called me and said, "As long as we agree on a price, this is a done deal!" She went on to gush over Mark and his professionalism. She told me later that she felt so confident about recommending that her client come to an agreement with this buyer after speaking with Mark. She knew that her client was dealing with some tough financial issues and didn't have the time to go back on the market should something go wrong. I was able to negotiate a better price for my client and all parties were ecstatic! We ended up having some trouble with uncooperative tenants.
