I saw Dr. Savage for a 10 yo Great Dane with chronic high fevers. She was magnificent with me. Answered my questions, explained what they (Drs) know and don’t about her condition. Talked about palliative care, if needed. Was compassionate and kind. Understood my fluctuating emotions. Was comprehensive with her exam with Zoey. I can live knowing she’s doing everything for Zoey. A big shout-out to Michael at the front desk. He’s so kind and friendly. Front desk is the first impression. He never shows frustration but always friendliness with clients.
