"Making the home buying experience simple, creative and consistent" What a bunch of you know what. Most of your 5 stars reviews were from first time buying, they had little for comparison. This is my twelfth mortage, so I have a lot to compare this one with. And this team is near the bottom of the list. I was asked for things I have never had to provide before, Some, I believe some were an invasion of my privacy: no reason as to why this information was necessary, only that it was required. I know rates were moving fast, but I believe if my team had been on the ball, I could have locked in a lower rate. The leader of my team presents herself as a very experience mortage broker. I have my doubt about that, I should have known better and not signed with Southern Trust when she informed me that federal rate changes didn't affect mortgage rates. I will never recommend Southern Trust or the builder who has an association with Southern Trust.
